Adrienne is Vice President of the agency and also a Personal Lines Insurance Agent. Adrienne has worked in the insurance industry since 2006 and started with the agency in 2013. She enjoys educating clients about insurance, and identifying and closing coverage gaps. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and being on the lake.

Nancy is our receptionist/technician and started with the agency in 2016. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her hobbies include cross-stitch, and playing Mrs Claus during the Holidays.

Chelsey is a Personal Lines Insurance Agent. She has spent the past four years working in insurance, where she has developed a passion for helping people and building meaningful relationships. When she’s not working, family is a big part of her life. She is also an avid reader and hockey fan.

Marianne works in Personal Lines and is our Bookkeeper/Manager. Marianne started with NSA in 1982. She has over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry, and holds Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Her hobbies include ringing handbells & singing in church choir, volunteering in Girl Scouts, reading, traveling internationally with her husband, spending time with her kids and grandkids.
